The Web allows farmers to share information about their farms, including their location, the types of crops they grow, and their availability for community farming or Agri tourism or any other farming related business opportunities. Consumers can use the Web to find local, domestic and international farms, learn about the different types of crops available, and sign up to participate in community farming and access Agri Tourism offerings. Agribusiness Stakeholders can offer or avail any service or solution for farmers and farming community. Rural worker can use Web to find optionsfor upskilling, they can find suitable jobs and also find the best service or solution offered by any provider. Students can use Web to find career opportunities and study options. Institutions and Service providers can use Web to find relevant beneficiaries for their service offering. Investor can use Web find best investment opportunities in agricultural ecosystem and rural upliftment projects, and also join the impact investments.
In order to use the Web, you will need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, please contact us immediately.

Farmers may use the Web to exploreAgri-tourism opportunities to consumers, such as farm tours, crop picking, farm stays and other activities. Consumers can use the Web to find and book these experiences. By booking an Agri-tourism experience through the Web, you agree to the terms and conditions of the farmer offering the experience.
Farmers are solely responsible for the Agri-tourism experiences they offer through the Web. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality or safety of any Agri-tourism experience. By using the Web to book an Agri-tourism experience, you acknowledge that you are participating in the experience at your own risk.
The Web allows users to purchase products and services through online transactions. By making a purchase through the Web, you agree to the terms and conditions of the transaction, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information for the transaction, including your name, shipping address, and payment details.
The Web allows farmers to offer products for sale, including but not limited to fresh produce, artisanal goods, handmade, raw or processed and farm-related products. We make no representations or warranties about the quality or availability of the products offered for sale.

Farmers are responsible for their own refund and return policy for products sold through the Web. If a user has an issue with a product they have purchased through the Web, they should contact the farmer directly.
All payments made through the Web must be made using a valid payment method. We take no responsibility for any payment-related issues, such as unauthorized charges or payment fraud. If you suspect that your payment has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
By using the Web to book an Agri-tourism experience, you release us from any liability arising out of or in connection with the experience. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the experience.
Farmers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any insurance required for the Agri-tourism experiences they offer through the Web. By using the Web to book an Agri-tourism experience, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the farmer's insurance policy and agree to be bound by its terms.
Farmers may charge a service fee for Agri-tourism experiences booked through the Web. The fee will be clearly displayed on the Web and must be paid by the consumer at the time of booking. We do not charge any additional fees for using the Web to book an Agri-tourism experience.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Web following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
Any disputes arising out of or in relation to these Terms, the use of the Web or the purchase of products or services through the Web shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any dispute, the user and the company agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party.
These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The user and the company irrevocably agree that the courts of Hanumangarh, state of Rajasthan (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms of use or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
